Futsal Melé

For Project-X Events, we designed a vibrant and explosive event flyer for their “Futsal Melé” event. The concept was to create a visual identity that captured the high-energy fusion of indoor football (futsal) and the celebratory atmosphere of Saint Lucia Carnival. The final design is a dynamic piece of promotional art that effectively communicates the event’s unique theme and generates excitement.    

The client needed a captivating flyer to promote “Futsal Melé.” The primary goal was to attract an audience that enjoys both sports and carnival culture. They requested a design that was colorful, modern, and clearly presented all key event details: the event name, date (July 26, 2025), venue (Beausejour Indoor Facility), and the event’s tagline, “‘A Fusion of Football Energy & Carnival Vibes’.”    

– Created a bold, 3D-style custom title “Futsal Melé” with a glossy, colorful gradient to make it the undeniable centerpiece of the flyer.

– Blended elements from both themes by setting the scene inside a futsal facility and layering it with festive carnival elements like colorful feathers, confetti, and a warm sunset sky.

– Utilized a dramatic and energetic color palette with deep purples, vibrant blues, and warm oranges to reflect the “Melé” of energy.

– Structured the information clearly, placing the date prominently below the title and anchoring the location and tagline at the bottom for easy reading and retention.

– High-resolution digital flyer for online promotion (JPEG/PNG).

– Source file (PSD) for future edits or adjustments.

– Multiple size variations optimized for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Post, Instagram Story).

– Print-ready PDF version for physical distribution.
